George C. Krivo, Senior Vice President, DynGlobal, has been appointed as the Chief Operating Officer of DynCorp International, Inc. (DynCorp International), a wholly owned subsidiary of Delta Tucker Holdings, Inc. (Holdings and together with DynCorp International, the Company), and Holdings, effective October 17, 2016. As previously disclosed, Mr. Krivo is a Cerberus Operations and Advisory Company, LLC employee who has been seconded to the Company. Additional information regarding Mr. Krivo is contained in the Companys Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2015, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on March 30, 2016, under Part IIIItem 10. Directors, Executive Officers and Corporate Governance and is incorporated herein by reference.
Item 8.01. Other Events.
The Company is taking steps to simplify its operations and streamline its organization. Effective October 17, 2016, the Company has been reorganized into three operating segments in order to operate more efficiently. The new operating segments are: DynLogistics, Aviation Operations and Life Cycle Management (AOLC), and Aviation Engineering, Logistics and Sustainment (AELS). The Companys reporting segments are identical to its operating segments.
