The U.S. Army has awarded DynCorp International (NYSE:DCP) a new task order under the Field and Installation Readiness Support (FIRST) contract to manage the Field Logistics Readiness Center (FLRC) at Fort Bliss, Texas. The task order has a potential value of $93 million over 3 years if all options are exercised.
At the Fort Bliss FLRC and the surrounding area, DynCorp International will provide augmentation support to the Army for equipment maintenance, depot repair, and installation of Modification Work Orders for Automotive Systems, Power Generation Systems, Weapons, Communications Systems, and receipt, storage, and issue of parts, packing and shipping.
